Individual session fees

Session times are booked by the term and session fees are $193.99 per hour (shorter sessions are billed pro-rata). We recommend weekly or fortnightly 30-45min sessions for younger clients and 60-120min sessions for older clients. A 15min planning/documentation fee is included per session. Fees are invoiced monthly and cancellation fees apply for sessions cancelled within 24 hours.

Group session fees

Group session fees are variable for each group. Each group's session fees are calculated by dividing our hourly rate ($193.99ph) between group participants, with a small documentation/planning fee added. The fee for each group is set at the start of each school term and participants are invoiced at the end of the term.

Groups are considerably cheaper than individual sessions and may be a good option for those wanting to stretch their NDIS plan a little further.

Therapy plans and NDIS progress reports

Therapy plans are reviewed and updated each term but are only charged for once per year. The fee for the therapy plan is $193.99. Progress/evaluation reports for NDIS are also recommended to secure your ongoing music therapy funding at a charge of $193.99 per hour (usually 2 hours are required).

Music therapy sessions may be claimed using the following NDIS categories and codes.

Older child/adolescent/adult: Therapeutic supports (Age 9+): Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy and/or Training - Music Therapist 15_615_0128_1_3.
